  The Federal Freedom Scholarship Tax Credit Program represents one of the most significant changes to education philanthropy in decades. Beginning in 2027, the program has the potential to create new educational opportunities through scholarships supporting PreK – 12th grade students.

  Join the Indiana Association of Public Education Foundations (INAPEF) and the National Association of Education Foundations (NAEF) for an informative webinar exploring the legislation, timeline, and what it means specifically for education foundations. We'll discuss how the program works, current guidance from the U.S. Treasury, and the organizational, legal, and operational considerations foundations should begin evaluating now.

  Whether your foundation is considering becoming a Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO), partnering with one, or simply wants to understand how the program may impact fundraising and student support initiatives, this session will provide practical insights and help you prepare for implementation in 2027.
