Member Panel: Different Structures, Shared Goals: Education Foundations and Alumni Associations

Education foundations and alumni associations often share a common goal: building lasting connections and support for local schools. However, the relationship between the two can look very different from one district to another.

This regional meeting will feature a panel of members representing several models, including separate organizations operating under one roof, merged education foundation and alumni association operations, and alumni associations that exist to support the district. Panelists will share how their organizations are structured, what has worked well, lessons learned, and practical ideas for strengthening alumni engagement and school support.

Attendees will leave with a better understanding of the different ways these organizations can operate (and collaborate!) and applicable tactics, regardless of how their own education foundation and alumni association are structured.
